Our organisation welcomes your opinion, even if it is critical of our work. Your opinion will help us improve our services.

In the event that you are not satisfied with any aspect of our healthcare services, you are kindly requested to notify the healthcare provider involved, thus allowing us to try and find a solution in consultation with yourself. If you are unable to come to an agreement with your healthcare provider, other means of redress are available.
